Jeremy Cucco -

Head engineer, mixing, and mastering

Classically-trained musician who has been recording professionally for over 30 years. Jeremy is a performing musician and has played with groups such as the National Symphony Orchestra, Richmond Symphony, Opera Idaho, and New York Opera Society. He studied music performance at Arkansas Tech University, Arkansas State University, and Peabody Conservatory of Music. His further degree work was at the University of Mary Washington and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Jeremy has worked with groups of all kinds ranging from classical artists (his specialty), rock, punk, country, and hip-hop (including providing tracks and stems for albums on Jay-Z’s Roc-a-Fella label). While he works on all types of music his primary specialty is classical, orchestral, choral, and other acoustical ensembles but also focuses heavily on acoustical singer/songwriter, and rock.

Jeremy’s studio has been highlighted by Sweetwater numerous times and he has built numerous acoustical spaces including the concert hall at the University of Puget Sound and the sanctuary of St. George’s Episcopal Church (historical church in Virginia and George Washington’s boyhood church). He has also lectured at a number of colleges and symposia.

Beyond recording, Jeremy has been a technology professional including the Chief Information Officer at the university level, and a Chief Information Security Officer for multiple companies.
